"Update 2 months later: 1. Added drive safe and save to the quote without telling me. 2. Added a life insurance policy without telling me. 3. Could never get Chris or Eddie on the phone after the policy was effective. 4. Cancelled my policy due to my roof age on my garage after I started asking questions about the policy additions I didn't request. Mind you they reviewed it on solar imaging before I closed on the house. Good luck to everyone working with this dodgy team!"

Update: I apologize for the poor experience. I’ve reviewed your account, and I do not see any life insurance ever written under your name or anyone else in your household. I see Drive Safe and Save was included on the quote originally. That can always be removed. Chris is out of town this week on vacation. I see he has a call-back request pending for when he is back in town. In the meantime, our service manager, Cassidy, is actively working with underwriting on the roofing issue. Please bear with us as the corporate underwriting department is sometimes very slow to respond. -Eddie"
